羅馬大學（Sapienza University of Rome），又稱羅馬第一大學或羅馬一大，是意大利最大的國立大學，由教皇博義八世于1303年創辦，位于歐洲文明起源地意大利羅馬，是國際綜合研究型大學，經過700多年的改革與發展，現已躋身全球頂尖的研究型大學之一。

羅馬大學擁有11個學院，59個系，1個高等研究院，1個航空航天工程研究院，21個博物館。在古典學、考古學、物理學和天體物理學以及文化遺產、納米技術、細胞和基因治療、設計和航空航天領域均有出色成就。在2021QS世界大學學科排名中，有21個學科進入世界前100位，8個學科進入世界前50位，在古典學與古代史領域排名世界第1，考古學領域排名第10，物理學排名第41，語言學排名第55，牙科排名第50-61，藝術與人文第65。
